The Zemun-Borca bridge is a big deal for property investors in Serbia. This now puts Borca as the most sought after area for land investors, because the inner ring road will pass right through it. The deal to build the bridge was struck after months of negotiations with a Chinese company called CRBC. This project is estimated to be worth 170 million Euros and represents one of the most important sections of The North Tangent ring road. The construction could begin already in September this year. The entire project including 21km long access roads and service infrastructure could be completed and functional by 2013. The bridge is part of SMT.
